Picked this company thru MS Expedia as it had the lowest price, however the price agreed to online was changed at car pickup. I should have used one of the majors as I ended up paying that price anyway. Online price was raised by $133. People were helpful but everything was on-line and you were asked to sign documents you couldn't see and they didn't print out. I was quoted an $8/day rate for toll roads that ended up being $11/day instead. $80 online for insurance turned into $105 at check out. Facility is way off airport with barely any bathroom facilities. People working there were the only useful part of this company.

Athough I agreed a price in advance that covered an additional driver, when I turned up to collect the car, I got charged more.

Contacted the company – no response!

NB. Watch for small print – as zero excess doesn’t cover everything – there are exceptions and could cost more.

Belfast ‘shuttle' is a faff..

The pick-up point is quite a way away from the airport, which means lots of waiting around – and no toilet facilities (even for the staff!)

That said, the car was fine and people were pleasant.

Arrived at Bristol Airport from Belfast. Rang the number & got directions for Easirent office. We got exceptional service from Angie who explained all features of the car. Will definitely use Easirent again.

We had a great experience renting a car this past weekend. Everything went smoothly and the car was perfect. Special mention goes to Ash at the Bath Road office for wonderful customer service.

Would definitely recommend this company! Great staff and great car! Good price too! What more could you ask for!

worst rental that I have ever experienced. under staffed, agreed vehicle not available, instead of upgrade they tried charging extra and having us wait another hour. insurance information not on file even after it was uploaded. transportation driver was on the phone and attempted to single handle lift my bags. wireless and cell phone access to internet unavailable to verify Insurance. I would preferred paying $5 to $10 extra with budget or Avis then dealing with lying staff members about e-z pass and sun pass

Fabulous service. Got two Luton vans last minute. No issue with extra insurances or issues on return. Even let us return slightly later due to problems with a house move. They even shared their pizza! Thanks we really appreciate your help.

Horrible Company. They broke their own t & c' s and when this was pointed out to them, they stopped communicating. Blocked the. Umber so don't answer the phone. Will not respond to messages via thier customer service portal.
Horrendous attitude, screw over the customer and when they complain, ignore it.

Rented a car from Easirent for the first time in July 15th. The car was excellent and the customer service was perfect. Ash looked after us and provided super service and support. Will use again thanks to Ash.

Rented a car from Easement for the first time in June 22 and my experience was very good. The car was excellent and the customer service was good. Cam looked after us and was easy to deal with. The price was much better that the big name opposition. Will use again.

Picked up a hire car from Easirent Heathrow yesterday which was a lovely and easy experience. Everything was as expected and transparent. We had hired from them before but many years ago. The handover of the vehicle was carried out by Callum, a very pleasant young man who was very through listing the existing damage albeit minor. My wife took several photos. We are hiring the vehicle for 76 days but in the short period we have had it, seems to drive well and is extremely quiet. It was an Astra ST -LINE.

I'll give it 2 stars because the car I ended up with was actually alright to drive.

However, these lot know exactly what they are up to by offering the 'Lowest prices" for car hire at Dublin Airport. Look at it as Ryanair, the flight is cheap but it'll end up costing you more than a non budget airline by the time you've actually got everything you need.

You book the car 'or similar model', pay for the insurance but not the top level insurance because you have your own so don't need that. When you arrive to collect the car you get told you have to either pay wild money for the top tier insurance, or put down an over 2,000 euro deposit with a credit card. This is not mentioned in the booking process, but is in the T&C's somewhere hidden once you've booked. It wouldn't take much to just be straight up and clear about this when you book.

The car I booked wasn't the model or even close to the size I booked - which to be fair worked out better for me because it was bigger - but the car itself was in a bit of a state, the front left headlight was out and I was getting warnings about tyre pressure being too low. When I'm paying over 400 euro for 2 days car hire, I'd expect the headlights to work and tyres have enough air in them
